Team Turse offers athletic training and conditioning programs that are tailored to meet the needs of all athletic abilities. Our experienced coaches are former players and coaches who have a passion for working with youth athletes.
Our coaches are stern, knowledgeable and encouraging. Below are some of the programs we offer to train, condition and prepare youth athletes for any sport they are wanting to peruse.
The programs below are offered at various times throughout the year;
- Conditioning - Stay in shape during the off season, keep your skills sharp and prepare for next season's try-outs to be at the top of your game.
- Basketball - We have a 6-8 week program that meets athletes where they are in their basketball journey. We meet 1-2 days per week to ball out! Young athletes will learn the game and proper techniques, advanced athletes will sharpen their game and be able to stay in shape with drills and game situations.
- Football - We have a few different football programs; Flag Football - a 6-8 week training program that meets 1-2 days per week to learn proper techniques, learn plays and go over game situations. Tackle Football - We also offer tackle football training for youth in 5th-8th grade who have played tackle football or are preparing to try out for a tackle football program. We prepare athletes for tryouts by teaching the game, positional skills & drills and to get in shape so you will be noticed by coaches.
